Funcom previously announced that its re-working of 2012 MMORPG The Secret World, imaginatively called Secret World Legends, would see the light of day on June 26th. The game sold poorly initially, with performance below Funcom’s expectations. With the company soaring on the back of the massive success of Conan Exiles, they will hope Secret World Legends will give the game and its community the shot in the arm it needs. Alongside the change to a F2P model is a renewed focus on combat, new progression systems and improved visuals. In their new announcement, Funcom revealed players will be able to experience the revamp three days early in a ‘HeadStart’. We’re not exactly sure exactly what’s involved in this, the relaunch has been under wraps for quite a while, with just a few preview videos like below getting under the radar.
