The latest patch for another of Blizzard’s genre-leaders Hearthstone was released over the weekend, with a raft of new features added in. The most exciting of which is the ability to instantly import decklists from other users. This includes simple things like taking your friend’s deck and trying it out, but also on a more relevant scale for competitive Hearthstone players, allows access to the use of decks from streamers and professionals to hone your play and try to compete at a higher level. Anyone can share their decks for others to try out.
Additionally, the new patch allows players to complete quests during Friendly Challenger matches. There are some caveats in that any that are physically unplayable as part of a Friendly Challenge won’t work. Things like watching matching or competing against the Innkeeper are two of the more obvious, but there’s still extra motivation to make friends online to help your own development. There’s also a new card back, The Magic of Dalaran, which can be acquired by achieving Rank 20 in Ranked Play in June, amongst a host of other additions. The full patch notes are available on battle.net, and for a bit of fun, Hearthstone Mulligans Episode 3 was also released recently.
