One of AAA gaming’s most hotly anticipated sequels is finally available for gamers to experience as of midnight last night. Destiny 2 is now available on both the Xbox One and Playstation 4 across all regions and players have been throwing their time into Bungie’s epic online space shooter. There’s still a while to wait for PC players to get a go, with the full release available to desktop gamers on October 24th.
The Nightfall Strikes are up and running already, with Raids and Trials rolling out across September. Raids will be the first, launching on September 13th, with Trials following a couple of days later on the 15th.
Information about Raids is still pretty thin on the ground at the moment, but Destiny revealed during a dev update that they were purposefully leaving all information apart from the launch date out of official publications to allow players to discover these things for themselves.
